During the last year, from April 2010 to April 2011, ADEPT took part in the realisation of a publication about the H+ project. The publication is working in the field between a municipal plan, local plan and a design manual, leaving it the name H+ MANUAL. The manual intents to write up the overall lines and strategies for developing the H+ area over the next 2 decades.

The publication is thought of as a dynamic document that transforms and adepts to challenges and changes during the building process. The content of the book will work as guidelines for developers, cultural drivers, private persons and others involved in the process. In this way the overall intentions of the competition project The Tolerant City will be kept and strengthened throughout the process.
